Margarita Blue's extensive cocktail menu was born when we adapted a paper placemat, with illustrations of cocktails from a New York bar from the 60s, as a placemat and image of the house. That was the seed of what later became our specialty. With more than 50 cocktails ranging from classics such as the Dry Martini or the Old Fashioned, to Mexican flavors such as Mezcalitas, Margaritas and the Margarita Blue that gives us its name, fruity tiki style such as the Zombie or the Mai Tai and our own creations such as the Origin'Ale and the Brazil. To have a drink in the middle of the afternoon, before dinner or to accompany any of our dishes. With top quality liqueurs that combine perfectly with each other, or with our natural fruit juices.
